I brought my 2011 Porsche Panamera in for a factory recall. Not only was the service provided for this recall exceptional; I had an issue with the handling of the car and asked the service technician t recall. Not only was the service provided for this recall exceptional; I had an issue with the handling of the car and asked the service technician to take a look at it for me. He gladly offered to take a look at it for me. I was expecting to be charged a diagnostic fee for this but was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't and that was extended to me as a courtesy because of my 25 year service to this country in the United States Marine Corps. I thank the technician for extending this to me and advised him that the diagnosis he provided resolved my issue, which turned out to be a defective tire.
