I just purchased my 2nd Cayenne S from Porsche of Orlando. The 1st was in 2008, and the salesman was Heiner Blumenberg. When I was considering purchasing a new 2014 Cayenne S, I called upon Heiner a Orlando. The 1st was in 2008, and the salesman was Heiner Blumenberg. When I was considering purchasing a new 2014 Cayenne S, I called upon Heiner again. I think that says a lot when you return to the same sales person! One attribute in particular that I appreciate is that customer service didn't end with the sale of the car. Heiner has kept in touch with me after the delivery of my car, asking if I had any questions and always wanting to make sure that I was satisfied with the car and service. That quality of customer service is what keeps customers coming back! Thank you, Heiner, for your excellent customer service! I believe he must have a degree in "car-fashion-design" or something like that as he has the ability to "put-together" a car like nobody else !!!. He can combine colors !!! Every single minimal detail of "building and designing your car" that the web site offers, is mastered by Emilio. Every one at this dealer is polite, pleasant, courteous, respectful and makes you feel like they will go out of their way to resolve or answer to any problems or questions. Mr David Stone - the "money and financial guy" is very pleasant, polite and a dynamic / efficient man. He is "ahead of the game" and makes the "paper work" aspect easy to navigate thru. All the sales team Emilio, Heiner, Teddy, Andreas, and Justice are very friendly, helpful and always willing to help any way they can. Bruce and Anthony in the service department always keep you informed of what is the status of your vehicle and when it will be ready for pick up or to be delivered. David and Joel in parts are very professional and friendly as well. I am a returning customer because of the brand PORSCHE that builds great vehicles, but more importantly because of this amazing team at Porsche of orlando. Andrew beat 2 other Florida Dealers (Brumos & Champion) on price/payment (lease) for my order of a 2005 911 "S" -- and he was the ONLY dealer willing to GUARANTEE my lease payment for a car that Champion) on price/payment (lease) for my order of a 2005 911 "S" -- and he was the ONLY dealer willing to GUARANTEE my lease payment for a car that will not arrive for 5 months -- in writing! And I only had to put $500 (albeit non refundable) down. Brumos wanted 10% DOWN!? Yeah right, I'm going to tie up $9,000 for Brumos to make interest on for 5 months!? <br><br>Sad, but Brumos price was better -- however, they lost my business. Why...because Andrew won the deal because he had a better interest rate from a lender OTHER than Porsche (PFS)! Saved me $150 per month! What is PFS thinking with thier rates!?<br><br>I'll be sure to post again if the deal does not go through as written on my order sheet. I'm sure it will go fine, after all, this is my 2nd 911 and I would hope Porsche of Orlando wants my 911 order every 4 years! More
