Dropped my car on t Coming from Lexus where I have been spoiled with top notch service, I was shocked of the unprofessionalism of Porsche of Orlando. Dropped my car on tuesday at 8am. Once inside everybody was on their computer and completely ignoring me. Finally one bored of life guy starts filling some paperwork and been told that they are very busy and will be until the next day when they'll have the chance to look at it. That means 2 things in my mind. Either they are understaffed or porsche is very unreliable. Left my car there and as you assumed I got no call from there that day or the next they when I was promised. I called the third day and after a long wait they told me it's some coil and they'll replace it in the next day. I got my car after a week after I dropped it of which Porsche of Orlando called me once..to tell me it's ready. I had to call them all the time. Upon picking up the guy didn't even walk me thru repairs, I had to ask him to explain what they did to my car. Basically they worked 30 min(per invoice) to chance a $15 part and kept my car a week for that. I'll never come back to those arrogants. They act like you own them something. This dealer needs to learn from Lexus how to treat customers. More

Andreas at Porsche of Orlando for the best car buying experi Decided it was time to trade my 2007 CLS AMG63 in for something more comfortable. I really enjoyed the performance of my CLS but at 6'-3" needed somet Decided it was time to trade my 2007 CLS AMG63 in for something more comfortable. I really enjoyed the performance of my CLS but at 6'-3" needed something I wasn't going to "dive" into every time i get in the car. Porsche of Orlando had the best selection and a great staff. Their sales associate, Andreas, was very knowledgeable and helpful. My goal was to look at the Porsche Cayanne GTS and then shop other brands. Once I test drove the GTS it was game-over. Porsche of Orlando had the right car at the right price with the options I required. In less than 2-hours I was out the door with my new car. I didn't sacrifice on performance and I now enjoy a much more comfortable driving experience. Thank you Andreas for making this a pleasurable experience. More

Although I was there to see a used 2006 VW Beetle and not one of his high-end $95K Porsches, he was patient and friendly. He stayed with me and answered all of my questions. All of the employees were professional and couteous. I purchased the vehicle because #1 it was a quality used car and #2 Heiner and Porsche of Orlando treated me and the purchase no differently than if I had bought a one of their $95K+ vehicles.
