Arrogant and unhelpful We have purchased cars from here for the past 10 years. The only reason we did so was because they were the only Porsche garage in Orlando. Otherwise We have purchased cars from here for the past 10 years. The only reason we did so was because they were the only Porsche garage in Orlando. Otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. They always give the opinion that they are doing you a favor in letting you buy a Porsche!! Our last car had a tremendous amount of problems but never once did we get anything other than a couldn't care less attitude. The service department would keep our car for upto a week for a small job. They appear to have forgotten that it is there customers that keep them employed! We have just changed our car to a different make as we no longer wished to be treated with the arrogance and contempt they treat people with. More

Utterly appalling service experience Described my problem in detail and made an appointment for a minor electrical repair. Received a reminder about the appointment. When I showed up on time, I was told they couldn't help me, and that I needed to contact some guy who like subbed out for them. I paid these people over $135,000 for this new 911 a few years ago and they wouldn't even check for a blown fuse, and yes, the original electrical work was done by this dealership, not by a "sub". Stay away from these people. They are incompetent and rude. More

Excellent car buying experience! LIke most people, I read the reviews especially when purchasing something like a Porsche. I am hoping this will help someone in the future as I truly LIke most people, I read the reviews especially when purchasing something like a Porsche. I am hoping this will help someone in the future as I truly had a fantastic experience that is unique in the industry of buying cars. I ordered a Cayman and dealt with Andreas who went above and beyond to ensure I was able to order the exact car I wanted. He kept me up to date on the order process and always answered every question I had, which was a lot! When the car arrived I had strict instructions on what not do to the car, and it was delivered exactly as I had asked. Andreas was efficient in obtaining all of my paperwork before I arrived and therefore the finance manager was ready to when I arrived. It only took about 10 minutes to sign all the papers and it was low pressure to purchase any extras. Andreas then took his time to show me every feature, introduce to me to the service department, and ensure I was a happy customer. I can't think of anything else I could have asked for to make for a better experience. Great job! More

Dropped my car on t Coming from Lexus where I have been spoiled with top notch service, I was shocked of the unprofessionalism of Porsche of Orlando. Dropped my car on tuesday at 8am. Once inside everybody was on their computer and completely ignoring me. Finally one bored of life guy starts filling some paperwork and been told that they are very busy and will be until the next day when they'll have the chance to look at it. That means 2 things in my mind. Either they are understaffed or porsche is very unreliable. Left my car there and as you assumed I got no call from there that day or the next they when I was promised. I called the third day and after a long wait they told me it's some coil and they'll replace it in the next day. I got my car after a week after I dropped it of which Porsche of Orlando called me once..to tell me it's ready. I had to call them all the time. Upon picking up the guy didn't even walk me thru repairs, I had to ask him to explain what they did to my car. Basically they worked 30 min(per invoice) to chance a $15 part and kept my car a week for that. I'll never come back to those arrogants. They act like you own them something. This dealer needs to learn from Lexus how to treat customers. More
