Rear tire went flat while on a trip in my 911 GTS with center lock wheels. The fix a flat wouldn’t seal the hole and none of the local tire shops had the ability to deal with the center lock wheels. A 60 mile flatbed ride to Porsche of Orlando and Jeff in service had me back on the road in a little over an hour. Thanks for all your help Jeff! More

Very bad service! I've bought two cars at Porsche of Orlando. I recently took my wife's Cayenne S in for oil change service. It's 3 years old with 22,000 miles. The guy I've bought two cars at Porsche of Orlando. I recently took my wife's Cayenne S in for oil change service. It's 3 years old with 22,000 miles. The guy quoted $1,000! My mouth dropped open. He said, "That includes new spark plugs. We can probably postpone that." "Good idea," I said. So now an oil-change service would be only $350. I said OK. Less than 150 miles later a warning flashed, "low coolant, have car serviced immediately." It took over a quart! After I added coolant, I checked the washer fluid. It was nearly empty. It took a gallon. Seriously? Those aren't part of an oil change? Now I wonder if they even changed the oil or filter? What, exactly, do you get for $350 at Porsche of Orlando? I'll never know, because I won't be back. More

Dishonest I've lived in Orlando for over 12 years, and been fortunate enough to own a similar number of Porsches. Unfortunately for me (on this occasion) I am a I've lived in Orlando for over 12 years, and been fortunate enough to own a similar number of Porsches. Unfortunately for me (on this occasion) I am a big supporter of local businesses and i've made 3 mistakes dealing with this group in my 12 years in the area. Most recently I pre traded a car early to them with the agreement of trading against a future modal. They trade price was agreed upon factoring in the tax credit from one car to the next. After about 10 days I still had not received my equity check for my traded car so after a number of attempts to chase them the conversation took a turn for the worse when I was told that they had too, in fact hold my full equity in house. To my face I was told that all I had to do was sign paperwork for the future vehicle showing an inbound car and that my tax credit would be valid and that I would receive my equity check. To my disgust I was then told I had to keep my (6 figure sum $) in the dealers account until the new car arrived (in December/Jan). I was completely blindsided. And I WOULD NOT have pre traded my car in at that price otherwise. This is now strike 3 for this dealer and they will not see me again. You give all other AutoNation stores a bad taste for me. More
