As an out of State purchaser (VA for me), and discussing car purchases with a dealer in Orlando, is bound to raise doubts in one’s mind about the accuracy and quality of the vehicle for sale. Fortunately, those doubts were removed very early on as Antonio Shum, Associate Sales, answered every question asked. The only confusion arose was on the difference between electronic filing and an additional charge associated with registering the car in VA. William Mcvadon quickly clarified this for me which allowed the sale to proceed quickly. The car itself, a low mileage 2015Jaguar XJ Portfolio of one previous owner, was as good as it was advertised, and in excellent condition. Having traveled to Florida to pick-up this car I was thankful to Antonio and William for the courtesy, attention to detail, and no nonsense processing of the paperwork. Having driven this car for 1,300 miles since purchase on July 27 I can only say that I’m pleased with the car. My only reason for not giving it five stars right now is that I’m waiting on receiving the cat’s registration document, title, tags and decals. Once I have those I’ll bump it up to five stars which I’m sure this dealership, notably Antonio and William who I directly interfaced with, deserves. More

My rear tires were wearing out do to being out of alignment with only 16000 miles on the car? This is puzzling for a new car? Rear tire went flat while on a trip in my 911 GTS with center lock wheels. The fix a flat wouldn’t seal the hole and none of the local tire shops had the ability to deal with the center lock wheels. Very bad service! I've bought two cars at Porsche of Orlando. I recently took my wife's Cayenne S in for oil change service. It's 3 years old with 22,000 miles. He said, "That includes new spark plugs. We can probably postpone that." "Good idea," I said. So now an oil-change service would be only $350. I said OK. Less than 150 miles later a warning flashed, "low coolant, have car serviced immediately." It took over a quart! After I added coolant, I checked the washer fluid. It was nearly empty. It took a gallon. Seriously? Those aren't part of an oil change? Now I wonder if they even changed the oil or filter? What, exactly, do you get for $350 at Porsche of Orlando? I'll never know, because I won't be back. More
