My only complaint is when I initially made the appointment they indicated the work would be completed the same day. When I dropped of my car, I was told next day. The next day I was told they did appointment they indicated the work would be completed the same day. When I dropped of my car, I was told next day. The next day I was told they did not have all of the parts & would need another day. In total, it took 5 days (including a Sunday). Not a huge inconvenience as I had a loaner & live local; but still a lot of calls to see what the status was. Other than that, the staff was professional & very nice. More
