Came in for a recall on my Porsche Boxster. Setup appointment about 2 weeks in advance, to make sure they had parts needed. Sytem notified me, setup a calendar entry, I was reminded of the appointment. Upon arrival, they had my paperwork pulled already and called me by name (I must have been the only person scheduled at that time with a 20 year old car!). I opted to wait. Did not take long, treated wonderfully, nice dealership, car was returned quickly, clean (they asked if they could wash it), and also did a safety condition inspection as well. Great service. More
