Great Service Experience I bought a car from Joe Rizza Porsche about a year ago and have been dreading that something may go wrong with my car eventually and sure enough it di I bought a car from Joe Rizza Porsche about a year ago and have been dreading that something may go wrong with my car eventually and sure enough it did, I needed a Bearing replacement, Upon calling the store, Bob the service advisor was very pleasant and knowledgable about my problem, Bob explained the cost of the parts and labor associated with the repair and assured me that the car would be in good hands and repaired properly, Bob offered me a Loaner car which was great since my car was my daily commuter and was currently out of commission so this helped a ton. To make a long story short, My car turned out great, no issues and there were no surprises when I went to pay my bill. Thanks Bob, Great Job. Martin G. More
Quality of work was excellent due to shop personnel while any effort to resolve faulty accounting, and possible overcharge, was met with indifference, attitude and repeated challenges to any questions. Clearly, neither one of the body shop/service managers deserve to be in their position with a collective attitude that the customer. When advised that a follow-up phone call would be provided; none was received! Their attitudes have tarnished a favorable opinion and put the decision to purchase a new Panamera in doubt. Too bad! More
