The only issue is that I presented an email coupon for a $50 discount on an oil change and was told that you have to purchase another service in order to get the discount on the oil change. The cost would b $50 discount on an oil change and was told that you have to purchase another service in order to get the discount on the oil change. The cost would be $400. That left a bad taste. However, My service rep did give a lesser discount within his authority after my complaint. Chris is very accommodating and my car’s appearance when returned is great. The wheels are cleaned along with the interior. Best car wash. More

Excellent! Service on my 2019 Cayenne was a “10” from the time of contact with my service advisor Chris to the delivery of my vehicle upon service completion. Al Service on my 2019 Cayenne was a “10” from the time of contact with my service advisor Chris to the delivery of my vehicle upon service completion. All service items were outlined and discussed prior to service and reviewed for completion upon delivery. Since my work required leaving my vehicle overnight, Chris provided a status update by phone on day one. My Cayenne was delivered washed with service completed on time.
