Regret buying and servicing my new Porsche at Joe Rizza Porsche of Orland Park. Had issues with the drivers seat. They were supposed to install a new cushion and leather but they messed it up. Seat has Porsche of Orland Park. Had issues with the drivers seat. They were supposed to install a new cushion and leather but they messed it up. Seat has a hump in the middle that is uncomfortable. Took it back for them to fix but they can’t. They only have 5 mechanics. Changing the seat is a 2 person job but since they are a small dealership they could only use 1 mechanic. That is why the seat is off. Worst mistake I ever made was buying and then servicing a vehicle from Joe Rizza Porsche of Orland Park. More

Chris was amazing. Even though I did not purchase my car from your dealership, I was treated like I did. Why thats a big deal. The first Benz I bought, I took to Napleton for service. They treated me like trash, even though they never saw me before and I showed up to pay for a $300 oil change. I never used them for service again and would never buy a car from any Napleton dealership. Chris made me feel bad, I didn't check with you all to buy a car first, because he treated me like you all sold me the car. Ill definitely be back for my service. Thank you! More
