Had my 2015 991 GTS for warranty work, while they performed the work the “ technician “ chipped the paint with a tool. Also instead of removing ( would take a minute to remove properly) a front trun performed the work the “ technician “ chipped the paint with a tool. Also instead of removing ( would take a minute to remove properly) a front trunk cover to replace a damaged windshield washer hose, he just bent it at a 120 degree angle. Also received my car back from them with grease / scratches on the illuminated carbon door sills where the “technician” stood to work on the sunroof. I tried for many months to resolve an issue with John the service manager , but he never bother to return my calls. I’m quite sure there are more professional Porsche dealership alternatives in the metropolitan area for service . More
