Seemed rushed and not in a great mood. I was just in for the software upgrade for the taycan. But his interaction was just abrupt and not very welcoming. When I picked up car, no one took time to explain the software upgrade for the taycan. But his interaction was just abrupt and not very welcoming. I learned more from an online taycan forum than I dud from the dealership. More
