Totaly disappointed with my first Porsche This was my first Porsche. I have no clues on Porsche features. I thought the 2014 Porsche CayenneI stuck with has some features that I can brag about This was my first Porsche. I have no clues on Porsche features. I thought the 2014 Porsche CayenneI stuck with has some features that I can brag about but it has none. It was a basic Porsche. I felt myself in a grocery store...If I want to purchase a cereal box, the cashier would ring the price up and I pay and voila I have my cereal box. Thats exactly how was my experience with this sales rep...Yes he is not a sales consultant. He didn't tell me about a second Porsche they have with more feature and around $3000 difference. That Porsche had lane assist, keyless entry....He instead charge me for that basic Porsche and never gave me consultation especially after he knew that was my first Porsche. He even tried to let me sign on a blank piece of paper that stated "I promise to buy a Porsche today"!!! of course I didn't sign. He told me the car is well-maintained and certified. After two weeks the car gave me "low on coolant" message. and then I found out that it was due for service after 2000 miles. Totally don't recommend this dealership at all. I got rid of that Porsche...I lost money and I'm sure this Porsche sales rep (not consultant) was happy to get his commission out of that crocked deal he gave me...I'm sure he's not going to be happy when he reads this! Final advise: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

Service guy can show a little more interest in helping . Drivers (Lawrence and nord) are always great. They are very courteous and polite.
