They never have a loaner so they say! Service center could use some upgrades on customer service. I mean I’ve had call a service road side myself where there’s been times that they calle Service center could use some upgrades on customer service. I mean I’ve had call a service road side myself where there’s been times that they called for service for me and all I do is answer the phone and give my location. the last time I had an issue with a tire the new guy is just was very laxed he had me call Porsche roadside myself and then get touch with the tow truck myself. The towed truck driver got there they were closed and the guy told me, I told you to give him my cell phone number as opposed to him calling the tow truck guy himself to tell him what to do with the car after hours just seems a little bit on organized and that they’re just kind of there a different paycheck don’t really give top notch customer service! I didn’t get the call because I was in the gym when the guy finally got there with the truck which was 3 to 4 hours after he picked my car up so I mean Porsche should’ve communicated with him not telling me to tell the guy to give him his phone number . First couple times I just got my car serviced they sent a bag dirty so I had to mention something about that so now they always send it back cleaned and detail . The last time they have my car they had it for a little over a week and of course they gave me the same story that the last three times that they didn’t have a loaner is the first thing out of his mouth More
