Regret buying and servicing my new Porsche at Joe Rizza Porsche of Orland Park. Had issues with the drivers seat. They were supposed to install a new cushion and leather but they messed it up. Seat has Porsche of Orland Park. Had issues with the drivers seat. They were supposed to install a new cushion and leather but they messed it up. Seat has a hump in the middle that is uncomfortable. Took it back for them to fix but they can’t. They only have 5 mechanics. Changing the seat is a 2 person job but since they are a small dealership they could only use 1 mechanic. That is why the seat is off. Worst mistake I ever made was buying and then servicing a vehicle from Joe Rizza Porsche of Orland Park. More

Shocking / a Porsche dealer that is not painful, seems helpful, offers great prices and service. The service department is also great with helping me get nice winter tires etc. tried to save me a. Chris was amazing. Even though I did not purchase my car from your dealership, I was treated like I did. Why thats a big deal. The first Benz I bought, I took to Napleton for service. They treated me like t from your dealership, I was treated like I did. Why thats a big deal. The first Benz I bought, I took to Napleton for service. They treated me like trash, even though they never saw me before and I showed up to pay for a $300 oil change. I never used them for service again and would never buy a car from any Napleton dealership. Chris made me feel bad, I didn't check with you all to buy a car first, because he treated me like you all sold me the car. Ill definitely be back for my service. Thank you! More
