John, Chris and mechanics are great - been servicing my 2016 911 since 2016. I've always avoided dealerships in the past for service - always felt I was being gouged for unnecessary work. I was at the dealership to have a purchased new key and remaining key newly programmed to my car. While the key program service was performed correctly I was not at all satisfied with the wash and cleaning remaining key newly programmed to my car.
