Having Dealt with other dealerships in the past, this by far was my best experience ever! all I can say it was fun ( Can I say fun when talking about buying a Car?, well it was) , I negotiated price over t far was my best experience ever! all I can say it was fun ( Can I say fun when talking about buying a Car?, well it was) , I negotiated price over the internet with Internet Manager Chris Wydajewski, he was very professional and prompt to all my emails and replies, He did not pressure me, and over all, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed which is one of the reason I purchased from this dealer. When I came in he had all the documents ready for me to sign and explained the entire vehicle to me and how everything operated. Thanks again Chris, it was truly a pleasure dealing with you and your colleagues. Keep up the good work! Greg More
Went here to test drive Porsche Cayenne GTS. Everything was fine right until they took the key to appraise our vehicle. Wanted to buy the Cayenne but appraisal was unrealistically low so i told them ill sl was fine right until they took the key to appraise our vehicle. Wanted to buy the Cayenne but appraisal was unrealistically low so i told them ill sleep on it. When time came to go our car key just vanished, they couldn't find it after searching for 30 minutes. The other key was at the house so Paul Amato offered to take me home and promised they will pay for lost key. That was mid October now it is beginning of December and after two attempts and them just ignoring me i decided to let people know what could happen at Joe Rizza Porsche. Next time i will go to Napleton Porsche of Westmont where they are lot more professional. More
Quality of work was excellent due to shop personnel while any effort to resolve faulty accounting, and possible overcharge, was met with indifference, attitude and repeated challenges to any questions. Clea any effort to resolve faulty accounting, and possible overcharge, was met with indifference, attitude and repeated challenges to any questions. Clearly, neither one of the body shop/service managers deserve to be in their position with a collective attitude that the customer. When advised that a follow-up phone call would be provided; none was received! Their attitudes have tarnished a favorable opinion and put the decision to purchase a new Panamera in doubt. Too bad! Check your sales guys and your general manger too, they just tried to rip me off once i agreed to buy a car . I agreed a price and as soon as payment was about to be made, your general manager tried to add just tried to rip me off once i agreed to buy a car . I agreed a price and as soon as payment was about to be made, your general manager tried to add $800 to the bill claiming he'd put new tyres on the car. I'd already committed to the car finance, shipping and insurance. Thanks for wasting my time Joe Rizza. I'd expect this from some second rate car dealership, but not a Porsche dealership. You just lost a customer over $800. More
I had been in the market for a used Porsche for the past year. This past summer I looked at a used 911 at Rizza Porsche, but wound up holding off due to economic factors. Fast forward to January of 2013 a year. This past summer I looked at a used 911 at Rizza Porsche, but wound up holding off due to economic factors. Fast forward to January of 2013 and I started my search again. This time I decided to look at used Boxsters. I eventually wound up at Rizza Porsche again (after Napleton Porsche in Westmont just couldn't put a financing deal together for me on a vehicle I was interested in at their dealership. My experience at Rizza (both last Summer and this year) has been exceptional. Very low pressure. Great dealership and excellent staff. I worked with Paul Amato, who is always professional, easy going and easy to work with. After selecting a low mileage 2003 model, Paul had me speak to their Finance Manager, Aaron. With over 20 years of experience at this dealership and the willingness to personally get involved in negotiations with their banks and finance companies, he put together an excellent financing deal, where other dealers simply did not put in the effort and did not care. The used Boxster purchased from Rizza is like new, as is most of the inventory I have seen at this dealership. If you are looking to buy a new or used Porsche and you live within 100 miles or so of this dealership, do yourself a favor and make the trip. Ask for Paul and Aaron and you will leave a happy customer. I am confident my next Porsche will be purchased from this dealer, as my first experience with Rizza Porsche could not have been any smoother or more pleasant. Paul & Aaron, thank you again. More
