BEWARE—RIZZA PORSCHE IN ORLAND PARK, IL FAILED TO DELIVER! An otherwise recommendable experience went bad when the Sales Manager of Rizza Porsche, Aaron Zielinski, and salesman, Paul Amato, did not complete th An otherwise recommendable experience went bad when the Sales Manager of Rizza Porsche, Aaron Zielinski, and salesman, Paul Amato, did not complete their end of our contract and stopped all correspondence with us. We purchased a previously-owned Lexus from Rizza Porsche but it was lacking the spare key fob [electronic, keyless model] and both the Owner’s Manual and Navigation System Manual. The manuals are essential to figuring out the complicated Lexus systems, especially the navigation system. We were assured at the time of purchase that they would locate the items from the previous owner and mail them to us. We have evidence in the form of several emails from both Paul and Aaron that the former owner has the items and that they would forward them to us as soon as they received them. We never got them. We waited a polite amount of time—2-3 weeks—and emailed Aaron and Paul again regarding the status of the items. We would immediately receive an email in return stating that they would get right on it, that the former owner was out of town, busy, etc. It has been over two months now. When we last emailed them, we received no response at all. We emailed both of them again and, again, no response—complete stonewall. Apparently, they have our money so Rizza Porsche no longer chooses to complete their contractual obligations. The items purchased new would be hundreds of dollars but worthy of only a Small Claims Court suit. Since we live out-of-state, it is our supposition that Rizza Porsche is betting that we will just go away so they are now choosing to ignore us. Caveat emptor. We do not recommend Rizza Porsche. The performance of Aaron Zielinski and Paul Amato is unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional. Again, avoid Rizza Porsche in Orland Park, Illinois, or at least be aware of the caliber of people that you will be dealing with, i.e., watch your back! More

When I got there, there was damage ALL OVER the car. He offered to "buff out" gouges and chips and when asked if I could get a good deal on a new one because of the inconvenience he said no and walked away. I would never buy a car from someone I don't trust and from a dealership with a general manager who acted in that way. So disappointed as I really wanted that car. It's a shame that they let people like that (Aaron) run car dealerships (and this one a Porsche yet!!!). Please save time and go to any other Porsche dealer. Let my experience save you from having a bad one also. Do NOT trust these guys. More

Typical, shady car dealer tactics that I didn't expect when shopping for such a marquee, I didn't think I would ever find an honest dealer in Chicagoland. Wow, Rizza changed my perspective! Corrie (sales consultant) was great and super responsive, and Aaron (GM) was refreshingly transparent and totally honest. He gave me a fair trade-in on my S6, he gave me a terrific price on the 911, and there were no surprises in the finance office at closing...their numbers matched my numbers to the cent (I can't say the same for a dealer in Highland Park). At delivery, the whole team pitched in to program the car, link my phone, transfer stuff from my old vehicle, familiarize me with my new car, and congratulate me on my new purchase. By far the easiest, most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. They have a customer for life. More

I was ready to order a highly customized 2015 Macan Turbo with almost all the options that you could want. That location is over 1 hour from my home. I made multiple trips to that dealer location to demonstrate my loyalty and willingness to work with them. So what went wrong? I wanted that loyalty reciprocated. I asked my dealer to give me discount on the Macan Turbo. Show me that they understand that my purchase was Value Added to them. **DEALER ANSWER: Sorry Doc there is Zero discount on the Macan. It is too new and too highly desired. I can't do anything for you! No one will give you a discount on this car it's too new. **MY RESPONSE: Silence! I thought to myself "really... No one will give me a discount...We'll see!" **THE NEXT DAY: I made three phone calls to three different dealers. The third phone call I got a response from a real person available to talk to me. That person was Christopher Wydajewski. I told Christopher Wydajewski my experience without mentioning the location of the competing dealer. Another great experience I just received my 2nd Porsche from Aaron and the team at Joe Rizza Porsche. The service level was even better than the first time. They are about 60 miles from where I work and they sent a driver to pick up my trade-in and delivered my new Panamera GTS to my office once it was built. The vehicle buying experience was painless and I could not be happier. Highly recommended and on a side note there are 3 Porsche Dealers closer than Rizza but I won't even consider looking elsewhere for all my cars! Jeff More
