I hope you find this review to be helpful, honest and insightful. Thanks, Matthew **THE REVIEW** **THE BEGINNING: Motorwerks: Porsche of Barrington had my business in Feb of 2014. I was ready to order a highly customized 2015 Macan Turbo with almost all the options that you could want. That location is over 1 hour from my home. I made multiple trips to that dealer location to demonstrate my loyalty and willingness to work with them. So what went wrong? I wanted that loyalty reciprocated. I asked my dealer to give me discount on the Macan Turbo. Show me that they understand that my purchase was Value Added to them. **DEALER ANSWER: Sorry Doc there is Zero discount on the Macan. It is too new and too highly desired. I can't do anything for you! No one will give you a discount on this car it's too new. **MY RESPONSE: Silence! I thought to myself "really... No one will give me a discount...We'll see!" **THE NEXT DAY: I made three phone calls to three different dealers. The third phone call I got a response from a real person available to talk to me. That person was Christopher Wydajewski. I told Christopher Wydajewski my experience without mentioning the location of the competing dealer. Christopher Wydajewski gave me a $1500 discount on the spot! **SEVEN MONTHS LATER: My customized 2015 Macan Turbo was delivered directly to my office via Joe Rizza Porsche. Another great experience I just received my 2nd Porsche from Aaron and the team at Joe Rizza Porsche. The service level was even better than the first time. They are about 60 miles from where I work and they sent a driver to pick up my trade-in and delivered my new Panamera GTS to my office once it was built. The vehicle buying experience was painless and I could not be happier. Highly recommended and on a side note there are 3 Porsche Dealers closer than Rizza but I won't even consider looking elsewhere for all my cars! Jeff More

I ordered the car on Saturday from Chicago and the car arrived on Sunday to my house in Denver. "Unbelievable" The pricing I was given was extremely competitive. I left in amazement I have to say this was one of the most pleasant buying experiences i have ever encountered, after reviewing and finding the car I wanted online I emai I have to say this was one of the most pleasant buying experiences i have ever encountered, after reviewing and finding the car I wanted online I emailed Internet Manager Chris Wydaewski to see if the car was still available (which it was) he worked some numbers for me and we came to an agreement, I later called Chris to arrange a day for me to come in and buy the car and when I got there the Car was already cleaned and paperwork completed. I literlaly was in and out in 20 minutes and was driving my New Macan Home with a smile from ear to ear.! Thanks again Guys for the great experience, I will definitely be back in the future. Great Service Experience I bought a car from Joe Rizza Porsche about a year ago and have been dreading that something may go wrong with my car eventually and sure enough it di I bought a car from Joe Rizza Porsche about a year ago and have been dreading that something may go wrong with my car eventually and sure enough it did, I needed a Bearing replacement, Upon calling the store, Bob the service advisor was very pleasant and knowledgable about my problem, Bob explained the cost of the parts and labor associated with the repair and assured me that the car would be in good hands and repaired properly, Bob offered me a Loaner car which was great since my car was my daily commuter and was currently out of commission so this helped a ton. To make a long story short, My car turned out great, no issues and there were no surprises when I went to pay my bill. Thanks Bob, Great Job. Martin G. More

Went here to test drive Porsche Cayenne GTS. Everything was fine right until they took the key to appraise our vehicle. Wanted to buy the Cayenne but appraisal was unrealistically low so i told them ill sl was fine right until they took the key to appraise our vehicle. Wanted to buy the Cayenne but appraisal was unrealistically low so i told them ill sleep on it. When time came to go our car key just vanished, they couldn't find it after searching for 30 minutes. The other key was at the house so Paul Amato offered to take me home and promised they will pay for lost key. That was mid October now it is beginning of December and after two attempts and them just ignoring me i decided to let people know what could happen at Joe Rizza Porsche. Next time i will go to Napleton Porsche of Westmont where they are lot more professional. More
Quality of work was excellent due to shop personnel while any effort to resolve faulty accounting, and possible overcharge, was met with indifference, attitude and repeated challenges to any questions. Clearly, neither one of the body shop/service managers deserve to be in their position with a collective attitude that the customer. When advised that a follow-up phone call would be provided; none was received! Their attitudes have tarnished a favorable opinion and put the decision to purchase a new Panamera in doubt. Too bad!
