do not buy here went today to buy a Bmw 550 was told to talk to Larry. he saw me and my friend and kept talking with female friend in his glass office for at least 10 went today to buy a Bmw 550 was told to talk to Larry. he saw me and my friend and kept talking with female friend in his glass office for at least 10 minutes then walks to us and looked at me and said yes I say im here for the Bmw 550 and he tries to look at me and what I was wearing I had my gym clothes and he says are you here to whole sale the car let me talk to my manager and come back to me saying the car is not for sale. I told him I called and that you have the car and I gave him the name of the person and he says (SO). will never come back here More

It Was All Good ! Let me start be saying I am not an easy person to sell to! This purchase was my second from ( Chris At Rizza ). We started out this time with a few ob Let me start be saying I am not an easy person to sell to! This purchase was my second from ( Chris At Rizza ). We started out this time with a few obstacles/issues that I will accept most responsibility for. I thought I would not end up making a deal at Rizza. I called and spoke with the manager Aaron first and then with Chris. After the conversation, and putting differences aside, things went very well. My thanks to Aaron and Chris for being open minded and working with me. I took delivery of a new Boxter S on 1/23/16. The delivery was painless, and the demo from Chris was excellent. Bob from service ( soon to be in sales ) was also there to answer some questions. I am very happy with the car and staff for making this work out. The deal was great. I shopped other dealers up North and the Rizza deal was the best. Thank you Chris and Aaron. More

A very good experience I had been looking for a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera for a while, and after a very bad experience at a Porsche Dealership in Rockville, MD, I found a car I had been looking for a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera for a while, and after a very bad experience at a Porsche Dealership in Rockville, MD, I found a car I liked on cars.com at this Dealership. I sent Chris an email and got a quick answer from him. It was a no hassle, no pushing conversation and the only wanted $1,000 down to hold the car till I could fly in and close the deal. The paperwork was done in 10 minutes, as they had received the neccasary information prior to my arrival. I flew in to Midway Airport and was picked up by Nord, a very pleasant gentleman, and the 911 was parked inside overnight and completely detailed and waxed. A fresh oil change and ready to go. After about a mile down the road, the engine started to misfire and the engine light came up, so I had to return to the dealership immediately, as I had an 800 mile drive home. Chris instantly took care of my problem and handed me over to Bob, the service manager. The car was quickly diagnosed with 2 faulty coils and they replaced all 6 and put six new spark plugs in AT NO CHARGE. While I was waiting, they offered to have lunch orderd or to let me have a new Porsche to go get lunch myself. The repair was a priority to them and the car was ready to go again after only an hour and a half. The trip home was amazing and the car was perfect. More
