BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! From the beginnning, it has been an herendous buying experience from this dealership. Not only they considered my intitial offer as ridiculous, they ended up only discounted $500 off asking price when i am purchasing a $49k vehicle. I did not feel they gave me any respect as a female buyer. Keep in mind, I owned several Porsches in the past including a 911 twin turbo. Regarding whether I am buying a used or new, and I never bought used. Michael Kozeluh pointed out mysterious reason os buying a certified preowned Porsche is because it’s cheaper. During the process, my questions regarding to vehicle condition were ignored several times until I picked up the phone and called. Finance personnel Larry didn’t send proper paperwork as he promised. He even sent blank paperwork and expected me to sign. They have my full fund transferred and non paperwork was sent. It seems like they just want my money and didn’t care since. Lack of attention to details and procedures. It very disappointing that I am supposed to be dealing with a premier Porsche dealership but my experience was way below par no matter I am buying a new or used. Competition is huge in automotive business. You would think a premier dealership would have much better and on point customer service. Keep in mind, it’s never a one time transaction but I will never buy another Porsche from your dealership again. When i received the vehicle, it was not the same condition as my salesperson claimed. There were missing parts including cargo cover, door step plates and one of the keys does not work. When asked about cargo cover, it was not included as original equipment. He didn’t want to help me to get it from their part department and I never asked them to pay for it. A little guidance of shopping for one would be nice. One day they will have to ask themselves if they will even buy a vehicle from themselves if service is so below bar More

Not clear enough service I had a vehicle diagnosed for $310 but it was a simple print out of a part needed but not a break down on repair cost. The dealership only hand wrote the part number down without any explanation of the total cost in which I was told would be $1800. The part cost is $220-399 max at various Porsche dealerships. The dealer offered me 10% off because I refused repair. I then took it to a Porsche in Chicago and quoted the whole entire job for $515. I personally will not go to this dealership again. Clean dealership nice staff but this price difference is unexplainable. Two other Porsche dealership quoted the whole entire job from 520 to 681. Not sure why Porsche of Orland Park came up with price. Sadly, I have no proof or evidence of the $1800 quote because they didnt print it out. All I have is a $310 charge with a part and a hand written part number. More

Went above and beyond. I had my car towed to this establishment, which is more than an hour away, and 8:30 the next evening they delivered a loaner car .
