He even shared examples of do’s and don’ts from his own experience with his personal Porsche that were easily relatable. There is a confidence in this new chapter knowing that at any time, I can call Primo and he will guide me through any questions I have. Perhaps our expectations were simply too high. We owned other German cars, several Volkswagens, BMWs, and Mercedes. We expected similar or better Dealer Service and product quality from Porsche. It was difficult to reach the staff. The car arrived in the US and we wanted "best guess" when we could pick it up. Patrick told us "we don’t have any control over port-handling or transportation to the dealership". Then at 600 miles the seat back release broke. Do you think this is Porsche quality? We have waited 30 days and Porsche has no time line for repairing the seat release. Worse, it has been difficult to just find out what is going on. Today, Mark Marchant asked me, "What will make you happy?" It's simple really, keep me informed and fix the car. More
