I was not aware that Porsche Ontario was a Porsche Classic partner until very recently. I reached out through their website, which resulted in an email from JB Beitz, who was very responsive and referred me to the service department. I worked directly with Jaime Avila. He was very attentive and comfortable to discuss the issues with, and made sure he delivered as promised. Kudos as well to Mike Daniels, who was very prompt with the parts quote, to Robert and Jeff who helped me when I arrived to check in, and to Jose who helped me with the courtesy vehicle. More

I've only been to Ontario Porsche twice, both times for routine maintenance. Jamie Avila is my Service Advisor and he’s awesome, approachable, knowledgeable and not belittling. Anyhow, prior to taking my routine maintenance. Jamie Avila is my Service Advisor and he’s awesome, approachable, knowledgeable and not belittling. Anyhow, prior to taking my vehicle for routine maintenance, I received a post card from the dealer expressing interest of my 2018 Macan S and indicated based on the mileage they offered approximately $35,000. Out of curiosity, during my most recent visit (8/23/23), I asked if they could do an appraisal, which Service Manager (Pouya Tavallodi) did and appraised it very low. I felt I was catfished and lowballed because it’s not one of the high-end vehicles. I was expecting to get a fair price for it, but Mr. Tavallodi said that the Macan is one of their "basic" vehicles and that it doesn't hold its value as well as other Porsche models. I thought Porsche vehicles tend to hold their value better than most other brands. This is because Porsche is a luxury brand with a reputation for performance and reliability. Buyers like myself are willing to pay a premium for a Porsche, even if it is not one of their most expensive models. In my case, my 2018 Porsche Macan S is a relatively new car with low mileage (22,000-23,000). It is also a popular model, so I thought it was likely to hold its value well. I was disappointed with the appraisal, especially when I saw that they had a 2020 Macan S with 46,072 miles on it listed for $49,000 on their website. Of course, they gave me a low appraisal so they can turn around and possibly sell it between $40,000 to $50,000. Not cool! I'm considering taking the car to a different dealership for a second appraisal, that values my vehicle. It just sucks dealing with car salesman. More
