These guys are price gouging taking advantage of the pandemic , I will not do business with them. !5% over MSRP complete BS for already expensive cars. Remember them when the economy turns. I had a mixed experience at Porsche Norwell when I bought my certified Porsche Macan S. I'll talk about the positive experience first, Positive: The car was well priced hence I made the purchase over the my certified Porsche Macan S. I'll talk about the positive experience first, Positive: The car was well priced hence I made the purchase over the phone and told the sales advisor that I'll come over to the dealership the next day and sign the paperwork. I did visit the dealership the following day and signed all the paperwork. The person who was in the finance department was easy to work with. Negative: I have been to various dealerships of Nissan, Toyota, Acura, BMW to buy my previous cars and I have always felt welcomed in all those dealerships. This was my first Porsche and I had high expectations visiting a Porsche dealership but unfortunately, the customer service/experience fell flat. Since I live a bit far from the dealership, I wanted to complete all the paperwork the same day and take delivery of my car the same evening. The sales advisor also assured me that I would be able to take delivery the same evening of my visit. After signing the papers, I had to visit my bank to collect the check and bring it back to the dealership. I gave a heads up to the dealership that I'm bringing the check and ask them to be ready to complete DMV formalities. When I arrived at the dealership, the advisor without any apology told me that the person who does the DMV work left for the day and asked me to come the next day. I traveled 2 hours back and forth between the dealership and my bank and it ended up being a wasted effort. There was absolutely no communication on the progress of my delivery. I visited the dealership the next day, I was at the reception desk and there was no one to assist me although a couple of sales advisors were sitting in their cabins and staring at me. I patiently waited for 15 mins before I was assisted by someone who was walking by. The car wasn't ready for delivery yet and the folks were rushing to get my car ready at the last moment. I just ignored all that and took delivery of the car. While driving back, I noticed that the mileage on the car was 1000 miles more than the miles recorded on the paper. I immediately called up the dealership to inquire about this discrepancy but no response. I emailed them, I was told it was a mistake and the sales advisor asked me to ignore it. The advisor also told me that the price of the car is not affected by the miles, guess they thought this was my first car buying experience :). I pushed them to accept their mistake and without accepting their mistake, the advisor told me that he can revert the deal and asked me to return the car. This wasn't the kind of response that I expected from a Porsche dealership. Looks like there are many other unhappy customers with this dealership based on the online reviews so I'm not the only one. More

We were astounded at his ability to teach us about the many facets of our very complex new Cayenne. No question was left unanswered. Yet he also understood our concern about how the COVID-19 pandemic would impact the delivery process. He demonstrated extraordinary patience with us throughout the afternoon. Matt is an exceptional ambassador for Porsche Norwell and the Porsche brand. We were so fortunate to have him as our salesperson. More
Beware of getting your Porsche serviced here as they will charge double the labor for basic services and repairs. I needed to replace my ABS sensor and brake lines due to damage, and they quoted me for 2 hrs charge double the labor for basic services and repairs. I needed to replace my ABS sensor and brake lines due to damage, and they quoted me for 2 hrs for the ABS and 4 hrs for brake lines. Then I brought my Macan to Porsche Stratham and they quoted me literally HALF of that labor. Yes 1 hr for ABS and 2 hrs for the brake line and fluid flush. I literally saved $700, 50% than they quoted me, going to another Porsche dealership. Also, The service manager and advisor, Clever Baldon, profiled me as a young asian male that may have 'money' and zero knowledge in the car industry, and flat out lied to my face that my caliper NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION when really all it is that it's missing the cover that says PORSCHE on it. This is not a hate review. This is 100% facts from my first experience with them. If you have good relationship with them, that's awesome, I'm not here to persuade you to stop working with them, but just know that this is proof Porsche Norwell tend to inflate their labor hours versus other Porsche dealerships. If you are someone who is debating which dealer to trust, avoid going to them at all cost. From my experience Porsche Herb Chambers Boston and Stratham has been the best. More
