They both take great pride of their work and are genuine intrested in making sure that the customer is taken care of. I currantly own a 911 Turbo 3.6 year 1994 and this car requires knowledge of this older model. Tom always has the answer and therefore the car runs fantastic!The only drawback at this dealership are the higher costs of Porsche parts then other dealerships unfortunatly. Otherwice everything is perfect! More

Went in to get a used Hyundai from a Porche dealer and yet was treated like I was buying a 150 thousand dollar car. I would go back for a Porsche or any other car any day. Dan and Rochelle make the best team in customer service at Porsche North Scottsdale. I have a 1996 Porsche 993 Targa, and feel that my car is always in good hands. The total experience was great. Mark really went out of his way to take care of me and my car. I've been to other Porsche dealerships and nobody has treated me as well as this one has. The valet service is his way to take care of me and my car. I've been to other Porsche dealerships and nobody has treated me as well as this one has. The valet service is also extremely helpful and considerate each and everytime I visit. The service department really knows how to take care of their customers and the service manager will do whatever it takes to make sure you've been taken care of properly.
