Recall nightmare A took my cayenne in for a factory recall. (Leaking fuel flange) Long story short, they tried to charge me 6k to replace a broken clip on the other A took my cayenne in for a factory recall. (Leaking fuel flange) Long story short, they tried to charge me 6k to replace a broken clip on the other fuel line that wasnt leaking. They used this as their excuse to not complete the recall. Even though the clip was repaired and working fine, they said they couldnt touch it and refused to replace the recalled fuel flange which was filling the cabin with gas fumes. They dragged their feet for 2 weeks saying they were waiting for a cost analysis approval from Germany. Finally Dave the GM decided to hide his head in the sand and referred me to Porsche's 1800 number. Mark the service rep was actually a great guy. The problem is he's surrounded by primadonnas that look for excuses NOT to fix things. More
