The service from my experience has again been excellent. Haider Jaffar was my service mgr and as previous times was great! So far so good. Of course the trade in negotiation process is never fun or enjoyable, but we came to an agreement. Lela was our saleswoman and she was awesome. She helped us navigate what we wanted all the way through walking us through the car when we went back to pick it up (we had stuff upgraded on it).
