After the sale customer service has me impressed! It's been 18 months since purchasing my car, Lela in the sales department was immediately there the help me and she displayed genuine care for my nee It's been 18 months since purchasing my car, Lela in the sales department was immediately there the help me and she displayed genuine care for my needs. She assisted me with setup towing of vehicle and handoff to the Service Center where Juan Alvarez set out clear expectations and delivered on those. My only complaint was excessive time for pick up when completed. Thank you Lela & Juan! More

Juan provided great service - he was communicative throughout the service visit. My only comment being that there were no techs available to look at my car on the scheduled day - my preference would throughout the service visit. My only comment being that there were no techs available to look at my car on the scheduled day - my preference would be to bring the car in on a different day for a faster turn-around time. My car was in your shop for 6 days to do was amounted to a software update. I was, however, thankful I was given a Taycan loaner vehicle. More
