Excellent communication, especially since the dealership doesn't have a working phone system and no computer service on the day I brought my car in. Chris was so conscientious that he used his personal cell phone to stay in touch. The problem was fixed, under warranty, the first time. Just a suggestion for the delivery (car wash) people. When they Armorall the tires, they need to wipe it off to keep it from spraying all over the side of the car when you leave. From my wife: Audi actually dries the car when they wash it. If you don't raise the hatch on a Cayenne or Macan and wipe it down, it holds a lot of dirt and water and it drips down the side of the car. These are VERY minor points...otherwise, the service department is great. More

This was my first visit to the new facility, and it is very impressive. I waited for my car to be serviced in the customer waiting area, which looks into the service bays. The car was completed on time, including a multi point service check. I asked about my tires, and without looking at my sheet,s Chris was able to tell me the tread depths and discussed replacement options. More

Tells me my options and what is urgent and when other maintenance needs to be done. Never is he pushy!! I have recommended this dealership to others and my brother will be purchasing his Porsche Macan. Next year I plan to get another Panamera and will by from North. Also, Mario in the loaner car area is super. Always so professional as well. I must say the new dealership is beyond words. So impressive and I see some changes in how things are done. Love the new store and purchased two shirts. The salesman was so nice and helpful. I will never buy anything other than Porsche and always from North. More
