Service appointment was scheduled weeks in advance for 7:30 AM. Advisor (Jon) arrived almost 25 minutes late and a different advisor (Haider) stepped in to help expedite the check-in process. It took 20 7:30 AM. Advisor (Jon) arrived almost 25 minutes late and a different advisor (Haider) stepped in to help expedite the check-in process. It took 20 additional minutes to sort out the loaner. My husband is usually in and out in 20 minutes, but both times for me it has taken almost an hour to complete the process (with a scheduled appointment, not walk-in). More
