When we arrived, it took a long time for anyone to even notice us or help us yet there were staff everywhere sitting around, looking at us. Lester didn’t even seem very interested in helping us much either notice us or help us yet there were staff everywhere sitting around, looking at us. Lester didn’t even seem very interested in helping us much either, like we were wasting his time. And then didn’t tell us the car we purchased only had one key until we purchased the car, and said he will try get in touch with the previous owner for the spare key. I have text him for an update but he ignored my message. So overall wouldn’t say I had the best experience, as every other dealership, the Salespeople have been a lot more invested in helping me, while Lester didn’t seem to make much effort at all. More

The worst service I have EVER had. I have waited over 9 months for my part to come in. It finally came in & I was told to come in to have it serviced. I drove an hour one way only to f I have waited over 9 months for my part to come in. It finally came in & I was told to come in to have it serviced. I drove an hour one way only to find out my part was missing a vital piece. Now I have to wait god knows how much longer for the vital part. They assured me before I came in that they had everything they needed. This situation absolutely sucks & has been unbelievable. I gave one star because they didn’t offer ZERO STARS. More
