When I purchased my Cayman 718s I had also purchased the tire and wheel insurance so if I hit a curb and scratched a wheel, I could have them repaired at no cost. So shortly after the two year service I not tire and wheel insurance so if I hit a curb and scratched a wheel, I could have them repaired at no cost. So shortly after the two year service I noticed both rear wheels were scratched. I asked Haider Jaffar, my service advisor, how I should handle this he told me to bring the car in the next day and leave it a few days and he would make sure they would be repaired correctly at no charge. He even furnished transportation to and from the dealership. They were repaired beautifully in the time frame I was promised. Once again the service team at Porsche North Houston did an excellent job. More
