Last service visit was disappointing. Had two rear tires changed on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. In the process, one of the small hubcaps in the center of one wheel was damaged. My service rep pointed changed on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. In the process, one of the small hubcaps in the center of one wheel was damaged. My service rep pointed this out to me, but did not offer to replace it. Instead, he said I could buy a new one from the parts department for $120. Since the dealership caused this damage, I should not have to pay for fixing it. More

Did not buy my vehicle here, but did try and negotiate with them. Service here was adequate but expense compared to the dealer I am now using. Not very friendly, a bit uppity. Clear bra had to be repla with them. Service here was adequate but expense compared to the dealer I am now using. Not very friendly, a bit uppity. Clear bra had to be replaced at my expense elsewhere, just not up to the standards of the mark. Overall, for a Porsche dealer, I didn't feel the least bit appreciated. My current dealer is great.
