Auto Nation , like so many other businesses has inadequate employees particularly mechanics . I made an appointment for 10am and my car was not ready fir 24 hours . They did not have a loaner car a inadequate employees particularly mechanics . I made an appointment for 10am and my car was not ready fir 24 hours . They did not have a loaner car available for 3 weeks I was told . My service representative is very professional but their ability to do an oil change and 4,000 mile check was very limited . I hope I do not have to return for some time . More

I took my Macan in for brakes. I pick my car up and everything seemed fine.I got to my young daughter’s preschool. The car began to shake and felt very scary. I called the dealership and the guy who an everything seemed fine.I got to my young daughter’s preschool. The car began to shake and felt very scary. I called the dealership and the guy who answered the phone asked me - “What did you do to the car?” …When I said I drove it and I am offended with your tone. He hung up on me! I called back and asked for a manager. The manger suggested I drive the car back to the dealership. Thank goodness, I listened to my intuition. I have the vehicle towed. I was left scrambling trying to figure out how to get help for my daughter. I am a single mom and she could not ride in the tow truck. Turns out the dealership did not tighten my lug nuts! They were avoiding me.I could tell they were scrambling. I sent an email to the GM of the dealership who has worked there for over 30 years. HE DID NOT RETURN MY CALL! I do not drive luxury vehicles and pay premiums for service at the dealership for such gross negligence that could have been FATAL for myself and my toddler. The service manager called me to apologize and continuously repeated - “This does not happen at Porsche Newport Beach” to which I said well it happened to me. I was eligible for an early lease turn in to which they did not even offer me that. It is very clear how little they value me and human life. Thank goodness we do not live far, I did not drive the freeway and I listened to my intuition. This could have resulted in a multi million dollar lawsuit. The sheer lack of decency by the GM is unbelievable to me. Would he respond that way if this happened to his wife or child? I will never step foot in that dealership again! BEWARE your lug nuts may not be tightened…………. More
