I love Tom my salesperson. Service techs are so nice but there is a huge problem. I was called morning of a service scheduled 2 weeks in advance that there were no loaners. Service techs are so nice but there is a huge problem. I was called morning of a service scheduled 2 weeks in advance that there were no loaners. Then I never heard back until I checked day 2 and 3. Took My car in and it took 2 days to service even when I told them I was going out of town for a few days and the loaner would sit at the airport. Thank goodness your service manager doesn’t work for Amazon. Service and logistics don’t make sense. Service work was fine and staff great. I blame the service manager who doesn’t represent a world class dealership. I remember when the dealership tried to return cars witching a few hours. More

Easy to book, must be done ahead as it’s taking 30 days for availability, fast to drop off and pick up, payment can be done ahead. More
