Back in 2019 I stopped by Porsche NB to test drive a Cayenne. Giovanni was so great! He was friendly, non-judgmental, & honest. Prior to covid, I would have never bought a car sight unseen, but Newport Beach Porsche made that possible. Giovanni and Baltazar made the out-of-state buying experience outstanding. Giovanni was easy to work with, transparent and very attentive. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Baltazar did an outstanding job processing the paperwork and coordinated the remote notary services. Overall, I would definitely recommend buying from Porsche of Newport Beach. More

Deja Vu all over again. After my poor experience at a Porsche dealer a month ago, I just couldn't get the Cayenne Coupe out of my head. Although I purchased a X6 M Competition in lieu of the Cayenne, I f Porsche dealer a month ago, I just couldn't get the Cayenne Coupe out of my head. Although I purchased a X6 M Competition in lieu of the Cayenne, I felt I shouldn't have let the poor customer service of one dealer stand in the way of me getting the vehicle I ultimately wanted. I decided to do things different and reach out to Porsche of Newport first so I would have a person of contact when I arrived, making the process easier. I was wrong... On August 24th, I found a Chalk Cayenne Turbo Coupe in inventory and immediately sent an inquiry. Marton Lukacsy reached out Via email confirming the car was available and for some reason told me to ask for Thomas Wu. When I arrived at the dealer, I proceeded inside where I noticed the Cayenne on the showroom floor. Aside from myself, no one was in the showroom at the time. I was completely ignored and avoided. The sales associates were speaking to/high five each other however would look down or look past me as if I was a statue. I couldn't get anyone's attention to ask for the person I was there to see. I sat in the Cayenne for 15 minutes and a Taycan 4S for 10. While I was there, a woman and her husband walked in and was immediately greeted. I guess they cater to a certain type of person. I eventually left and realized owning a Cayenne isn't in the cards. Customer Service is apart of the service you provide. How do you expect to sell a car/ an experience if you don't even acknowledge the person coming in to buy them? I don't doubt Porsche is a great brand however the people representing the company are subpar at best. More
