My car was ordered in March from the factory and delivery was delayed due to parts shortages related to Covid lack of inventory. I have bought other cars from Apollo and he is always most gracious and treats me fairly. Other people at the dealership who helped me were equally friendly and helpful. I enjoy doing business with the sales team. But Apollo is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with and I’ve bought a lot of cars of several brands; yet Porsche is my absolute pleasure to own! More

Last service visit was disappointing. Had two rear tires changed on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. In the process, one of the small hubcaps in the center of one wheel was damaged. My service rep pointed this out to me, but did not offer to replace it. Instead, he said I could buy a new one from the parts department for $120. Since the dealership caused this damage, I should not have to pay for fixing it. More

I reached out to Giovanni after my auto broker failed to negotiate an acceptable deal on one of four vehicles equipped with my preferred options and located within 500 miles of my zip code. With apprehension in my voice and a strict budget in mind, I called Giovanni on a late Friday afternoon to try my hand at negotiations. I verbally submitted an out-the door price offer on a specific vehicle. Approximately ten minutes later, Giovanni called to inform me that my offer had been accepted. A few days later, I visited Giovanni at his dealership to check out the car and finalize the deal. Giovanni thoroughly explained the car’s features and sent me on a lengthy test drive. After ensuring all my questions had been answered in detail, he introduced me to Finance Manager Baltazar Ceja, an impeccably dressed pillar of charm. Baltazar congratulated me on securing “a great interest rate” prior to my visit. He also asked about my driving habits and recommended add-on packages that suited my specific needs. When I declined all the dealer add-ons, he politely moved on with the transaction. Both Giovanni and Baltazar approached each stage of the car buying process with transparency and forthrightness. They were sensitive to my wariness of car dealers and car buying. There was no hard sell, attempt to change the terms of the agreement, pressure to finance through the dealership, or pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons. They respected the boundaries of my comfort zone and never challenged my decision to use an outside lender or sell my used Porsche to a used car dealer – two clear opportunities for their dealership to increase its profit. Since taking possession of the vehicle, Giovanni continues to demonstrate superior customer service. He has contacted me on three different occasions to ensure that I am satisfied, and all needs have been met. He even granted my floor mat request despite the fact I didn’t have enough sense to make it until after the transaction was complete. My experience working with Giovanni and Baltazar has improved my perception of car dealerships, car buying, and the automobile industry in general.
