This is my third buying experience at Newport Porsche. Marty pulls out the red carpet for all of his clients and this really separates him from other salespeople. His knowledge of the history of the Porsche brand, racing culture and his charismatic demeanor have made me a long time customer Marty's and of Newport Porsche. Marty takes the time to point out all of the options on the car and you can really tell this guy LOVES Porsches. On the business end he is a great negotiator, making sure the customers needs are conveyed to management. The service department at NPAC has also been great, now servicing my fourth Porsche. I highly recommend Marty Beam and Newport Porsche if you are in the market for one of these cars. You won't be disappointed. More

A friend said they'd give us the best deal, came in with trade-in $5500 less than what we got from another OC Audi dealer, lease numbers no where near what we ended up getting, their msrp 30% higher for 3.0 trade-in $5500 less than what we got from another OC Audi dealer, lease numbers no where near what we ended up getting, their msrp 30% higher for 3.0 vs 4.0 engine than shown on other dealer invoices and described in Car and Driver. Also slow to respond. Hope referred repeatedly to me as "girl" and had no knowledge of national TV ad campaign - in fact saying it didn't exist. She also didn't give specific numbers when asked for a quote, just said she couldn't get us where we wanted to be - challenged me to find a deal elsewhere, so I did. Got more car, more for trade and price I could live with without being spoken to as if I was an idiot who'd never purchased a car before. More
I visited here a year ago and decided that I should give them a praise after my recent experience with other dealers. The receptionist called for a sales but no one arrived until 15 minutes later. I didn't mind that as I spent the time checking out their display vehicles. The fleet manager from the Porsche side showed up introducing himself. He walked me through the Audi A6 even though it wasn't his familiar territory. It was okay for me as I already knew enough of the car and just needed a test drive. The test drive went well, and they maintained the CPO alright. The best part was the sales. No pressure on the sales. Knowledgeable about cars. Probably likes all-wheel-drives as much as I do. He stated the facts and gave me all the time to consider. Definitely the best car salesman I met. I ended up not buying the car from them, but that's because it was a CPO and it didn't have the exact features that I wanted. I'll definitely shop at Newport again for my next car. More
These people are jokes. Audi in general is a horrible company. Once your car leaves the lot, and you made the purchase, they could careless about you. In the last 6 months my car has been in the shop over 12 times, and STILL ISN'T FIXED!!!! Newport Audi REFUSED to replace my BRAKE BOOSTER UNDER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH THEIR PART FAILED AFTER 2 MONTHS... THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE LABOR, OF $136.00 A HOUR!!! They also charged me $179.00 for a transmission repair, and THE TRANSMISSION STILL IS DOING THE SAME THING AS BEFORE!!!! When talking to the Service Manager, he was RUDE and unwilling to help. David, my repair rep, finally refunded me the $179 I spent on the bogus transmission repair. I called Audi Customer Relations and they were unwilling to help me with any of my issues either... BEWARE OF AUDI.... GO DOWN THE STREET TO BMW, OR HONDA... I never had any issues with EITHER ONE OF THEM!!!! More

Thanks for helping my son give the best Mother's Day gift! So my 12 year old son loves cars. He clued in quickly that my wife's favorite car is an Audi TT but with 3 kids and a dog she's been in a S gift! So my 12 year old son loves cars. He clued in quickly that my wife's favorite car is an Audi TT but with 3 kids and a dog she's been in a Suburban for 10 years. He really wanted to get her a day in an Audi TT for Mother's Day. So being a dad that doesn't want to squash my kids dreams, I called around and wasn't able to rent one. But then I called Newport Auto Center and talked to Roman. I explained the situation and he said he'd call me back. 10 minutes later it said sure thing. My son and I went down earlier in the week just to meet Roman and make sure all is setup for Sunday. Then on Sunday we ran an "errand" and picked up the car and had it parked behind the garage. My son had wrapped up a brochure of the Audi TT which my wife appreciated and thought was the full gift. Then he casually swung the keys around...the rest can't explained in words. Awesome. Roman didn't ask for anything except a copy of my license and insurance. He didn't hassle me or even follow up with any sales calls. This genuine help to fulfill a Mother's Day gift is why I would highly recommend working with them. I'll be back once the kids are grown and my wife is ready to own a TT! More

They listened to all of my feedback and even though I was thinking that I may be wrong, they continued searching and eventually found that there truely was a problem and resolved it! Another time, I had an issue with an aftermarket battery that started leaking. They went to pepboys got the replacement and installed it all on the same day! They are the best by far! More
I had been looking at Audi's for a few months, done my research, and wanted to go on a test drive. Not being one for a negative pushy sales experience I was happy to find Jeff Faeber at Newport Audi was most accommodating, full of information and enthusiasm, without any pressure to buy today. From start to finish I'd say the process for me took over 4 months. Before buying from Newport Audi, I toured their service department (award winning I was told) and observed the neat appearance of the lot. Location was important for me, but really in SoCal, I have many dealers to choose from, some close to home, some close to work. I had been in contact with a few dealerships, was not too pleased with the vibe I was getting, Ultimately my sales experience with Jeff factored about 70% in my decision to go to Newport Audi, the rest would come down to price. Funny thing, I got the price I wanted to. Now, they sell more than Audi's over there at Newport Audi Porsche Bentley,... so if you’re in the market for one of those automobiles, I'd say give them a try. Most people seem to write reviews of people, places or things when they are unhappy. I'm just pleased with my experience, and did not want a good deed to go unnoticed. Right now I'm having way too much fun in my new 2009 Audi A3 Quattro, call Jeff and see if he can help you find the car that makes you happy. More
I ordered an A4 3.0 Cabriolet and waited 4 months for it to be delivered a few years ago. When it finally arrived, the dealer sold it to a walk-in buyer before I set eyes on the thing. Needing a car, I boug to be delivered a few years ago. When it finally arrived, the dealer sold it to a walk-in buyer before I set eyes on the thing. Needing a car, I bought a similarly equipped car...but without NAV... the only similar car on the lot. When I brought the car in for repairs, they not only DID NOT fix the problem (I had to take the car to another dealer for a real fix), but the repair desk told me they performed work which was never done. This dealer now has a new name and sells Porsches and Bentleys as well. I would NEVER buy a car from these people, nor have I ever returned for further maintenance. I cannot recommend it for anything...though it is close to a Starbucks! More
