My service advisor was Alexander Hamil and he was a huge improvement to the advisor l worked with when my new Cayman was just two days old, an experience that bothers me to this day. When the car was ready, he called to inform me and when l picked the vehicle up, Alexander reviewed what was done and advised me of part/fix which was required and ordered, due to a recall.
