The dealership hid a vehicle defect that I discovered after 2 days. The dealership did not disclose that the 4MATIC emblem at the rear right end had the letter "C" falling off the vehicle. after 2 days. NOTHING BUT WASTED TIME! I walked in about 3 weeks ago and purchased a low mileage ( about 10k miles ) used car. After arranging pickup , the car immediately had major mecha I walked in about 3 weeks ago and purchased a low mileage ( about 10k miles ) used car. After arranging pickup , the car immediately had major mechanical problems. The following day I returned the car and purchased a newer one with less miles. Here is where everything went really bad. The salesman ( Jorge) was told I needed something reliable to drive to Arizona that day. He suggested a 2020 Corvette with just over 5K miles. I agreed to buy it. As soon as I go to Phoenix ( following day ) , I noticed some issues with the car. The salesman was contacted and made aware of the issue. I was told by him that I would get a call back the following day to let me know where to take the car to get serviced. NOTHING. Three days later , I drop it off at an Autonation Dealership in the Phoenix area. After having the car there a couple of days... I finally got a call to let me know its ready. I immediately went to get the car and as soon as I drive off the lot... the car starts giving me even more issues! To start , the dashboard is glitching . The transmission is slipping. The car stalls when going from park to drive. Extremely dangerous to drive. Keep in mind , I was told by Jorge I would get a call back. So far nothing. I proceeded to talk to their finance manager and was told I would get a call back Monday. After a week and NOTHING ... I am without a car , ( Uber/lyft ) daily , and tired of not getting this issue fixed. Today I went to dealership and was told by their service advisor THE TRANSMISSION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT DUE TO MAJOR INTERNAL PROBLEMS. Who wants this car? Not me. I called Newport Porsche 9+ times today and got ZERO call backs until about 6 hours later. JORGE calls me and tells me he didn't call me because he was on vacation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As for the finance manager.... tomorrow it will be a week and NO CALL BACK EITHER. EXCUSES? YES! The telephone operator said they are too busy selling cars to other people. So basically I gave em my hard earned money and don't deserve a return phone call? I am contacting Better Business Bureau and reporting this dealership. If you've had issues with this dealership , please DIRECT message me. Let's not give em 1 more dollar! In conclusion... Jorge just told me I cannot return the car because I've had it more than 5 days. I guess he didn't hear the part where I mention it's been in service the whole time. More
