Very polite professional people . BUT outrageous pricing on simple service items, inability and/or unwillingness to undertake a simple repair and said only solution is complete replac BUT outrageous pricing on simple service items, inability and/or unwillingness to undertake a simple repair and said only solution is complete replacement with a very overpriced part. I ended up doing the repair myself for a total of $150 as opposed to the dealer soloution of over $4000 on a part they even said was not improved and will probably fail again anyway. Also damaged my car while there. Did take full responsibility and said will fix it but will entail my car being out of use for days and not sure if I will even get a loaner vehicle to use. Said still to be confirmed with management and to date they have not reached out to me zero follow up and made no commitment. Will NOT use them again as I can no longer justify the crazy pricing they have and on top of this damaged my car while it was there. More

The service department as well as the sales department is exceptional. Jason is my service specialist and he has always taken care of my car with a quick turn around and has kept me abreast of any delay if exceptional. Took The Car In for warranty work kept it for 3 days then they said the part is on back order month and a half later they said bring it in , dropped it off in the morning in the afternoon the said the wire w they said the part is on back order month and a half later they said bring it in , dropped it off in the morning in the afternoon the said the wire was eaten by some thing luckily I asked for the wire back and none of the wires are broken and they charged me over$500 to fix the car because the warrantee wouldn't cover it , I still have the part that they replace no wire is broken , Bad Ripoff Service.
