Excellent Service Experience I just returned from a service experience with Porsche of Naples and as usual they were terrific. They went above and beyond what I could have ex I just returned from a service experience with Porsche of Naples and as usual they were terrific. They went above and beyond what I could have expected and fixed my car perfectly, connected with my Extended Warranty Company to make sure the repairs were covered, dealt immediately with a sudden battery failure and finally today when my car had a problem with the roof going down made time for me on a busy Saturday morning to make sure it went up so I could drive to my sister's for a family get together. From Mark the Service Manager to Moe and Victoria the Service Writers I deal with to Jorge my terrific tech....it's a wonderful group and they deserve such a lot of credit!
