Another Outstanding Experience @ Porsche Naples This is probably the most customer-centric and fair/trustworthy dealership I’ve ever done business with. My latest experience was with (relatively ne This is probably the most customer-centric and fair/trustworthy dealership I’ve ever done business with. My latest experience was with (relatively new) service advisor Henry Garcia. On the surface, a fairly minor service to remove plastic/protective film from my 2007 Porsche 911 4S and then detail the car. That said, and after the car had recently sustained some trailering-related damage, it was very important to me — and Henry treated it that way from the start. In diagnosing the situation (and uncertainties/risks in removing 12-yr old plastic film), Henry brought in his expert colleagues to share their views. His thoughts & assurances, and the way in which he personally prioritized this service, was unusual & remarkable. He will have a great career at Porsche Naples. One final note: In the past year I’ve had two other interactions with Porsche Naples personnel. In both instances, fairly costly repairs could have been pressed upon me: they were not. In one case a check engine light went out on its own; in another they recommended a painting repair at another shop. How often does that happen?? I wish this dealership was closer to me in Maine, More

Bringing my beautiful 2018 Porsche Carrera 4S Cabriolet (7 gear manual transmission) for i Like most people these days, time is the rarest commodity. Bringing my beautiful 2018 Porsche Carrera 4S Cabriolet (7 gear manual transmission) for its annual maintenance, was an extremely efficient as well as effective investment of my time. The appointment was scheduled and when I pulled up (on time) they greeted me, described what they would do, I signed the approvals, they guided me to my loaner for the day (a beautiful new Cayenne SUV), and I was out. The pick up reversal procedure went equally as smoothly. Great staff! As a career female, I am impressed by the fact that my Service Advisor is a woman. There is also at least one female technician in the Service Garage. Great Team! More
