With so many options on where to buy, for me it boils down to: who best respects my time, who I can trust, and who is the most transparent. Jamie is all three of those things, which is why I’ve purchased 5 cars from Jamie. He sells me what I want, not what’s in his inventory. He takes care of me, always. On Father’s Day last year I ran over a nail and got a flat tire. I called Jamie to get the Roadside Assistance number, and he told me he’d handle everything. Thirty minutes later a truck was in my driveway, taking off the flat and putting on a spare. They took the flat to the dealership and brought me back the repaired wheel a few hours later and put it on my car. I didn’t have to do anything! I call Jamie to learn new features about my car, and he always explains everything. He’s one of the few salespersons in the country who ACTUALLY KNOWS the products he sells inside and out. More

Since we have moved to Naples permanently from IN, I was interested in taking the auto to the dealership for it's annual service. It had be serviced annually in IN since I purchased the vehicle. I found the staff to be very friendly, especially Ken Miller and Henry Garcia. Henry took care of my needs and I appreciate his professionalism and expertise.
