I was notified by Porsche North America and my dealership via email, phone call and a postal letter about the center lock wheel safety issue. I was in contact with Kevin Anderson about the situation and via email, phone call and a postal letter about the center lock wheel safety issue. I was in contact with Kevin Anderson about the situation and we obtained the center lock build date / work weeks data. Kevin then ordered the new parts and provided several status updates on when the new parts would be at the dealership. Kevin made the appointment for me when the parts came in and we made arrangements for the center locks to be changed out. After receiving the car back, I drove the car for a little while and came back for a center lock torque re-check recently. Since the re-check, I then went for a spirited drive in an organized enclosed area and the car performed magnificently...
