On a freezing Sat when the temperature was 16 degrees in NJ, I went to buy gas and when I put my window down it wouldn't go back up. The service team could not have been more responsive and helpful. They brought me a loaner and delivered my Macan back to me once repaired. The service valet drove an hour each way not to interrupt my business day when the repair was complete. I am so happy to be a Porsche Monmouth customer, my family has purchased 3 cars there and we wouldn't shop anywhere else. They certainly know how to treat a customer and make you feel like a VIP.
