We were interested in purchasing a Cayenne Coupe Turbo S E-Hybrid but we had the worst experience. The first time we visited the dealer was on a Saturday and we wanted to test drive the car and we were told E-Hybrid but we had the worst experience. The first time we visited the dealer was on a Saturday and we wanted to test drive the car and we were told it had absolutely no gas and no charge so we couldn’t try it. We asked if someone could go get gas and we’re told no but to come back Monday because and it will be fully charged and have gas. We came back on this day and it still had no gas and no charge. We felt dismissed. We had to wait for them to go fill it for 20+ minutes. We wanted to experience the plug in hybrid so it was a disappointment that it wasn’t charged like we were promised. The third time we went was later that week and we were told the vehicle wasn’t available for us to view because it was off site in the “vault”. Nobody could get it for us. We felt dismissed and disrespected again. We agreed with our salesman, Shawn to come back Monday and he promised it would be back from the vault fully charged and with gas so we could finally test drive it as we originally wanted. We called that agreed upon Monday morning to tell him we would come at 3. He said unfortunately the vehicle is on hold for a long time client of theirs so now we can’t see it and it Sold and basically this client is more important than us. We previously purchased a 2016 cayenne S from then and ended up leaving this situation absolutely disgusted with the treatment we received from Shawn and whoever was involved. We all felt as though they purposely never had this car ready for us to test drive to hold it for this “special” client of theirs. We also left with the feeling of why did they hold it for this person but not us? We had previously purchased from them and would be a continued client, but after this whole debacle we certainly will not be ever purchasing from them again and left feeling like they have poor business ethics of picking favorites and manipulating the situation to whatever suits them better. Safety issue was present and known by dealership and not disclosed to me as a customer. After numerous attempts at repairs and being told to “just leave it” I fortunately found out at a different Porsche de disclosed to me as a customer. After numerous attempts at repairs and being told to “just leave it” I fortunately found out at a different Porsche dealership about it. Felt cheated. Wish I could return this Porsche. The engine light came on within one month of purchase of a CPO vehicle under 30k miles. Did not receive license plate in a timely manner, do not work with them if out of state. More
I had negative experience at St. Paul Porsche and reached out to Bill Dunne who was very apologetic. It didn’t feel like dealing with a “Car Salesman” it was more like having a professional advisor at my side to answer any and all random questions I had and made sure I was aware of alternative options and better value. Buying a car usually isn’t the most fun process, Sean and the team at this dealership made sure it was great. Already looking forward to the next one More

Examples include sensors not working, which cause the car to go into a critical shut down process, screens not working and more. I’ve capture these problems on video and brought them with me when bringing the car in for repair. I’ve been told again and again that there is nothing they can do because there are “no codes stored in the car”. As a consumer, I don’t really care what codes Porsche stores and what they don’t. I expect a car that works as it was designed or they fix it, especially a high end luxury vehicle. Everyone I’ve spoken to is completely apathetic. They sold me a very expensive car that they won’t stand behind. They want to make money and will do it at any cost, including customer service. Run, don’t walk away from this dealership. More
Lost my trust. Used this dealer for 10 years to service my Boxster. Took it in for annual oil change after driving 1500 miles. After examining the car, the tech pushed $5,000 in upsell repairs. It was impo my Boxster. Took it in for annual oil change after driving 1500 miles. After examining the car, the tech pushed $5,000 in upsell repairs. It was impossible to determine which repairs were necessary and which ones they simply wanted to sell me. In the end I only approved a couple of small things. Brought the car home. Three days later it was completely dead. Called the dealer and they showed no empathy told me to tow it in and they would fix it. I don't know what they did to my car but there was no way I was going to reward them for bad behavior. Now I have a new shop which is way more responsive than this dealer. More
I bought a Cayenne from this dealership. The salesman was Emmanuel who helped us from beginning to end. He is very knowledgable about the Porsche line of cars. More than that, he is kind, respectful and was Emmanuel who helped us from beginning to end. He is very knowledgable about the Porsche line of cars. He even came out to our house for the 'second delivery'. We had a great experience. Next Porsche will be from this dealership with hopefully same salesperson! More
