Our Friends referred us to Hailey Lim, who sold them the Macan, and put them in a new Cayenne, so I text her after regular business hours as we knew the low milage trade would not last long. I was surprised when Hailey responded almost immediately!!! She went to work securing the car that evening, we looked at it the next morning as she made it available, and we purchased our “DreamCar” !!! When we picked up our Macan, after it was thoroughly inspected and detailed, it was waiting with a big, red bow and Hailey matched with a red dress she wore for the occasion. We also cannot thank Matt Williams enough, for his patience showing us all the nuances, regarding this technology advanced piece of art. He stopped by our Home, to set up the garage door opener, and answer some more questions we had. Dylan was just terrific. I ordered a Cayenne and thru no fault of Dylan, Porsche delayed the delievery for 2+ months. Made appointment for service to check reason for engine light and to repair turn signal light on bumper. Service rep was very courteous and told me I needed several recalls and 2 new tires on back wheels. light and to repair turn signal light on bumper. I asked for a loaner but none were available. She then offered to have someone drive me back to VERO and said she would arrange for the car to be delivered to me in VERO. The car was delivered the next day washed and vacuumed. It drove like it was new. Great service. I was totally satisfied. More
