I cannot even begin to explain how perfect my experience purchasing from Porsche Mechanicsburg was. I was an out of state buyer, and both Josh, and Eldar were incredibly accommodating making sure that all o purchasing from Porsche Mechanicsburg was. I was an out of state buyer, and both Josh, and Eldar were incredibly accommodating making sure that all of my questions were answered and that my deal was all set to go when I made my 4 hour journey to pickup my Macan. They were even nice enough to send a driver to pick me up from the Amtrak station 20 minutes from the dealer. For what many might consider to "just" be a base model Macan, they pulled out all of the stops, delivering it in the showroom, with an incredibly generous gift bag, and letting me drive it right off the showroom floor. Josh is as pleasant as could be, and his professionalism as the Sales Manager clearly is instilled in the rest of the staff here, who all go above and beyond to make the purchasing experience both smooth and fun, no hours signing paperwork, no games, just a smooth and easy experience. Josh set up me up with Eldar, who is equally as pleasant to deal with, and has incredible knowledge of the product. You can tell they are not just salespeople here, they truly love the brand and have a level of knowledge of their product that you won't find in many car dealers. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. As a wannabe first time Porsche customer, I was thrilled to find my dream car on the lot at Porsche Mechanicsburg,PA. After a simple series of texts and calls the amazing sales staff set up and ar thrilled to find my dream car on the lot at Porsche Mechanicsburg,PA. After a simple series of texts and calls the amazing sales staff set up and arranged all necessary paperwork. Within 5 days I took the drive up and was treated to a moderate showplace of a showroom, fitted with a personalization studio and merch store (also online). Greg and the team assisting him (so many names) presented me in the extravagant and fancy white glove delivery. They took photos for me and showed me around the car like any customer. That’s the thing, I’m not their top customer -for that matter- I possibly bought the cheapest 911 they’ve ever sold there. It’s 21 years old, 40K miles and just under 30K$. An amazing deal fairly or below market price. So that’s why the amazing delivery process nearly took my breath away. I got the same treatment as a customer buying a new 6-figure vehicle. That’s quality delivery of service from a great dealership.
