This was my first service on my Macan. I initially had trouble getting scheduled but eventually very easy. Gary Wright met me at my car and took me through the process. He let me know that the previous ow trouble getting scheduled but eventually very easy. Gary Wright met me at my car and took me through the process. He let me know that the previous owner had purchased 3 service visits and there was one left. Nobody told me this or anything else in November 2019 when I bought the car. Gary took care of everything and got the car back in a timely manner. Very easy, very friendly. Thank you More

Great service with Weis Popal. Very upstanding and expected nothing less from a Porsche dealership/service center. One thing, the mechanic who brought my car up was a little bit odorous. I visited Porsche Marin to have the 60,000 mile service performed on my 2007 Cayman, as well as to address a couple other small issues. While the service was not inexpensive, my service advisor kept me inf performed on my 2007 Cayman, as well as to address a couple other small issues. While the service was not inexpensive, my service advisor kept me informed of the costs all along the way so there were no surprises. When I picked my Porsche up it was spotless and all service issues had been addressed. Additionally, while my car was being attended to, Porsche Marin provided me with a Maycan courtesy vehicle.
