This was my first service on my Macan. I initially had trouble getting scheduled but eventually very easy. Gary Wright met me at my car and took me through the process. He let me know that the previous ow trouble getting scheduled but eventually very easy. Gary Wright met me at my car and took me through the process. He let me know that the previous owner had purchased 3 service visits and there was one left. Nobody told me this or anything else in November 2019 when I bought the car.
